Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒事業管理研究所 === 104 === Abstract This research aimed to understand the relationship among job stress, exercise participation, and mental physical health of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City. A total of 600 questionnaires were sent, 535 valid samples were obtained, and the rate of the valid questionnaires was 89.16%. According to the data collected from the questionnaire, descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis were performed for data analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers have low job stress, low exercise participation, and low mental physical health. 2. The different age, years of teaching and education background in Job stress has been found significant differences. 3. The different age and marital status in physical mental health has been found significant differences. 4. There was negative correlation between job stress and exercise participation. 5. There was positive correlation between job stress and mental physical health. 6. There was negative correlation between exercise participation and mental physical health. 7. The job stress and exercise participation has been significant impact on the physical mental health.
