| Summary: | 碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 製藥科技研究所 === 104 === Purposes: The purpose of the study was to understand the relation between the satisfaction with using drugs of the people living in the communities, the service quality of pharmacies, and the satisfaction of consulting pharmacies. The using data for this study were collected by the structured questionnaires edited by the researcher, and the questionnaires included the scale of the satisfaction with using drugs, the scale of the service quality of pharmacies, and the scale of the satisfaction of consulting pharmacies. Methods: The researcher adopted the simple random sampling, and the subjects of the study were the customers of pharmacies in communities. Based on the surveyed-questionnaire method, there were 50 questionnaires issued and retrieved in pre-test, and 42 of them were valid. The valid response rate is 84.0%, and there were 532 questionnaires issued and retrieved in formal test, and 500 of them were valid. The valid response rate is 93.9%. The researcher used the SPSS 12.0 and Amos 20.0 as the statistic software to analyzing the data of the study. Results: The results of this study were that the satisfaction of consulting pharmacies influenced positively and significantly the satisfaction with using drugs of the people, and the service quality of pharmacies influenced positively and significantly the satisfaction with using drugs of the people. Conclusions: To increase the satisfaction with using drugs of the people, it should be focus on perfecting the service quality of pharmacies and increasing the satisfaction of consulting pharmacies. The suggestions as follows: 1. Avoiding using the abstruse medcial terminology for drugs consulting. 2. The government and association of pharmacies should hold regularly the on-job training courses. 3. There were more information about the drugs on overwraps of the drugs.
