The Study of Relationship among Community Volunteers’ motivation, Life Quality and Subjective Well-Being

碩士 === 東方設計學院 === 文化創意設計研究所 === 104 === The main purpose of the study was to explore the relationships among motivation, quality of life and subjective well-being of the community volunteers in Taiwan. The questionnaire of the topic is designed for measuring the degrees of the important factors to the community volunteers. Purposive sampling method is used for gathering the data of the study, and the scope included 15 administrative districts and 45 locations in Kaohsiung. 225 questionnaires were received and 218 questionnaires were valid. The data was analyzed by t-test ,F-test,Scheffe Method, and linear regrssion ,the result was as follow: (1) Most of the community volunteers represented the high degree about the identities of motivation, quality of life and subjective well-being. (2) The difference between genders is insignificant to the motivation of volunteer. However, the physiology and psychology are significant on life quality but the others are not. The satisfaction of life is insignificant on happiness and the others are significant. (3) The difference between the retired and the serving is significant on the healthy, the interpersonal relationship. However, the factors of satisfaction, emotion, self-achievement and happiness are insignificant. (4) With regard to the subjective well-being, the differences of the healthy, the interpersonal relationship and the happiness between the volunteers’ age are significant but the others are not. (5) With regard to the happiness of the volunteers’ different degree of education, the factors about life quality, emotion, interpersonal relationship and happiness are significant but the factor self-achievement is not. (6) The relation among the factors of life quality and happiness are significant. (7) Due to the relation among the factors of life quality and predicable happiness, the quality of life is positively related to the happiness.
