Summary: | 碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study takes "the calculation of the volume" unit which is elementary mathematics, with multiple-strategies of constructed-response item to develop automated analysis processes which can analyze problem solving strategies, skills, and types of errors.
There are four conclusions of this study:
1. In the study, the most students use the strategy MS1, segmentation, to calculate the volume of the compound graphics. The strategy MS1 is the most popular and the most easy strategy.
2. The ratio of the correct answers of the constructed-response items in the item 8 and 13 which the students take the strategy MS3, mobile and patchwork, are the highest in the strategies. The researcher inferences there might be two reasons. One of the reasons is the students who use the strategy MS3 might have the concept of three-dimensional graphics better than others. The other is the operation of the strategy MS3 simpler than MS1and MS2.
3. There is the error type B8 which means one or some graphics by segmentation are lost in MS1. There is the error type B5 occcurs when the students do not deduct the volume of the filled graphics in MS2, fill and dedutions. As for the error B1, students ignore the invisible cubes in the strategy count. It means the students need cube specific operations to get the concept of there-dimensional space.
4. The consistency of diagnosis by automated diagnostic analysis and experts is above 0.97.
