Along with the development, problems as low birth rate and aging society has changed the social structure, encouraged the trend of being single, and caused the increasing rate of solitary. In this circumstances, people nowadays are more than in need of companions, the most common comfort for the solitude are animal companion, therefore, the pet turns to one of our family, and becomes much more important for modern people. Human beings consider the pets as family members, and expect the appropriate medical services in both physical and mental state for their animal companions. This study attempts to build a wireless veterinary platform, uses the RFiD code for animals identification to simplify the information management. The system will be applied to the chain veterinary hospital in order to offer long-distance visiting to patient service. The main purpose is to have owners’ confidence on the services, and help improve the service quality with more detailed feedback. Even in the present days, there were lots of medical arguments between veterinarians and owners. In case of preventing medical errors, this platform provides the cloud platform and video equipment to reduce the disputes. With the live video, owners can acquire the instant information about their pets, regardless of the location limit, on the other hand, the medical errors will be clear to both sides. The platform would improve the medical quality, and promote the open treatment process, making the responsibility more clear. As the result, it would bring owners and hospital closer. Besides, the cloud platform would have the chain veterinary hospital be able to share data and provide certain information to owner at the same time. Thus, there are four advantages associated with cloud platform- grasp of pets live condition: reduce the medical dispute, lower the cost and increase the efficiency, implement preventive healthcare. The platform will help the veterinary hospitals to improve the medical quality, cut the cost, and the most beneficial part is enhancing trust and interaction among hospitals and the clients.
