In this study, the aim is to consider the project managers or architects joining the firm in different periods, beyond the founding Architects. In addition, to investigate how the professional competence and the socio-cultural capacity impact directly on the development of practice and business volume over the cross-period. Therefore, this study intends to use the case-depth interviews to gather information that including: founder’s opinion of the future business development and continuing the business method of the firm,also, to discuss the effects of the sustainable operation of the architecture firm and its future organization development from joining professional managers and architects in different periods, then, to show the relationship of mutual influence by using triangular assays with diagrams. The results found an architect has a life cycle in his career. The management and development of a union associations will affect the continuity of the organization’s life cycle. The firms need to acquire new members at different times, in order to explore the variety expertise, enhance diversity. Furthermore, it also has the advantages to present the improvement of national competitiveness, international status and culture. As a whole, the true value of a respected architect is having his social responsibility and professional contribution such as ameliorating cityscape, protecting the residential security and increasing the quality of life.
