However, research in the past have not provided a unified understanding of health technologies. To fill the research gap, this paper reviews the health technology acceptance literature, discusses some prominent models, and formulates the unified model. In the unified model of Mhealth acceptance, we propose that users’ intention to use Mhealth is determined by four key factors:(1)Response Efficiency(2)Perceived Ease of Use(3)Subjective Norm and (4) Perceived Vulnerability. The results show that the unified model outperforms the three alternative models by a higher value of R-squares. Finally, the suggestions for theory and practice are put forward.
