DFMEA implementation success, in addition to depending on the extent of the intentions of the pre-preparatory work, is that the analysis process whether for products to comprehensive systematic review and give recommendations for improvement and to keep track of. DFMEA to ISO/TS-16949, QS9000 and one of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) five workflow tools, providing product design stage of the prevention problem analysis to ensure design quality, improve product reliability. But there are still problems DFMEA implementation cannot be implemented, because the problem of prevention exist DFMEA little gap between problem analysis and follow-up of the actual lead designers use will not high, but a mere formality. At the product design stage, designers will have a hands design checklist to record historical data, design specifications and design to remind the other, to provide the design engineer to check and modify their own immediately. Design checklist can systematically inspect all internal product design and the past record of failure, providing design. However, in the inspection process cannot be given for the design of the quantized data to provide improved tracking. Therefore, the present study and design of the original integration techniques DFMEA checklist, combining the advantages of both analysis tools to eliminate their shortcomings, make design problems prevent systematic and comprehensive analysis available of view.
