S. EPA AP-42 procedures, which are based on a review of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) methods C-136. It was found that the amount of street dust loading is1.838 g/m2, the amount of street silt loading is 0.531 g/m2. Street dust loading and street silt loading had the highest value in Changhua city, lowest value in Penghu country and the fine silt had 35.4~45.7% in the ground silt. The ratio of PM2.5/PM10 in the paved road was 0.25~0.40 and the ratio of PM2.5/PM10 in the laboratory experiment show 0.40. It mean that the laboratory experiment was reasonable. The experiment of the paved road could not find the relationship between the silt weight and the concentration of PM2.5, however, there were some relationship between the fine silt weight and the concentration of PM2.5 and the experiment showed the correlation R2=0.9294. It meant that the fine silt of ground would effect the concentration of M2.5 directly. The fine silt of ground contributed to the concentration oPf PM2.5 approximately 1.7~8.9%.
