| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 環境工程與管理研究所 === 104 === Since the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act announced in the year 2000 and amended in the year 2010, Taiwan EPA and EPB in Taiwan counties have conducted a lot of projects to investigate different kinds of contaminated sites, like farmlands, gas stations, industrial facilities, and so on. In the end of 2014 year, there are still 2503 contaminated sites, including 2,191 farmlands, 163 industrial facility sites, 75 gas stations, 17 illegal dumping sites, 3 storages, and 54 other type of contaminated sites. Since government already has management strategy for contaminanted farmlands, this study is focus on gas stations, industrial facilities and the other type of contaminated sites. Besides those sites which are remedying, or under plaining to remedy by the interested party, there are still 45 contaminated sites has no remedy actions been conducted, including 20 industrial facility sites, 2 gas stations, 1 illegal dumping site and 22 other type of contaminated sites.
Second, to discuss different scenarios of risk assessment, and finally to discuss the difficult positions and give suggestions for future editions of the Priorities List Screening Mechanism for EPA or EPB.
