Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 104 === In this study, we investigates the kinetics and mechanical properties of cationic UV curble resin made by oxetane and siloxane epoxy. The oxirane (DM421p) were mixed with different equivalent molar ratio with siloxane (DMS-E09) and oxetane (DM401) , such as 10:0、9:1、7:3、5:5 and 3:7. And the cationic photoinitiator CHIVACURE 1176 was by different weight percentage (0.5%、1%、3% and 5%) and triggered to form cross-linking networks by ultraviolet beam under the room temperature. During the UV-curable process, the equipment was called DPA (Double Beam Photocalorimetric Accessory), it used to detect exothermic reactions and calorimetric conversions .We used the Kamal equation to simulated the experient conversion versus rate and found the k、m、n value. We found the best monomer molar ratio and made the film by UV-curing machine. The mechanical properties that we used the DMA (Dynamic mechanical analysis) 、tensile test、IZOD impact and flexural test to measure the glass transition temperature、tensile stress and strain、toughness、flexural strength and stress.
