In recent years, it becomes popular because of its distinct processing and mechanical properties. As the advances in the automotive industry, it replaces the traditional rubber materials step by step. SEBS has higher processing temperatures and poor flowing. After add of PP to produce STPV, it can improve process ability, making process become more rapid and upgrade production capacity. In this study, we used SEBS which has both hard and soft segments to produce STPV. It made rubber phase particles include physical crosslinking nanoscale micro region composed of polystyrene rigid chain, and thus enhanced its performance. In this study, we used a twin screw extruder, rubber SEBS, plastic PP, cross-linking agent 101. With different screw block arrangement, the sample can be mixed to achieve dispersion evenly in the screw and cause phase inversion in the process.
