Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 104 === In the manufacturing process of machine tools, spindle assembly performance is a important factor for tool machining of quality and production efficiency, nowdays in terms of engineering design, verify the merits of the design or change the reference design basis of test and analysis.Under the terms of the customers, the results of the "test analysis" compared with their needs, which can be used as a reference for later when the machine equipment.In this paper, research testing platform and development of spindle system, we hope spindle machine from the previous test or simulation, change to use this test platform to do spindle analysis, reduce the production of machine tool components errors and defects, by this paper to understand spindle static and dynamic characteristics, in order to ensure the performance of the spindle. This study presents the analysis and discussion of the spindle system for five-axis milling machine giant of the resonant frequency, based on engineering analysisand theoretical calculation, based on expected to reach of the entire machine tool performance and demand, first use Solidworks to constructfor the entire spindle system of machine tool spindle model, and then tap experiment with using Visual Signal software to capture resonance frequency signal of spindle under static. Finally, use Solidworks Simulation set weight and no weight of the situation to do natural frequency analysis verification, calculated error with experimental valuethe and theoretical value, verify the reasonableness of the analysis software. The results of this research, resonance frequency analysis on the computer under weight and no weight are not much difference.On the computer analysis and experiment of tap, model five of each mesh size error is the smallest less than 1%, and model three and model four error bigger than theother model, reckon may be tap way and environmental factors to cause. But the mesh size of each modal on the whole value of the maximum error does not exceed 13%, it can verifies feasibility and credibility of the computer analysis.
