Second, it analysis the architecture of supply chain and distribution chain in Taiwan tea industry. And discuss trends of business model in Taiwan tea industry. Through literature discussion for Chinese imports of cross-border retail electricity supplier, to explore its commercial business model. And pick the major cross-border ecommerce importer to carry out the business model analysis(including the Business Flow, Logistics, Information Flow and Cash Flow, Revenue Sources and Cost Structure), according to the "Business Model Canvas" in business model defined; Customer Segment, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationship, Revenue Streams, key Resources, key Activities, key Partnership and Cost Structure, one by one to construct cross-border ecommerce business model in Taiwan tea industry. then design the Modified Delphi Method questionnaire to conduct surveys. And aggregate experts opinion to construct the cross-border ecommerces business model in Taiwan tea industry. Finally, this study proposes cross-border business strategy for the Taiwan tea supplier; including Taiwan tea brand marketing and product standardization certification to address new consumption patterns of Taiwan tea industry to expand the Chinese market.
