As far as the market concerned, it could giving up the conventional subtractive manufacturing, we took additive manufacturing method and even provided with higher efficiency and reduced the cost. More and more companies participated, and as more and more fields could be commercial used. This application included printing ingredients of food.To introduce Additive Manufacturing Technology to more people, a 3D printing pen for food material was developed in this thesis. The 3D printing pen for food material combined the 3D printing machine for food material with 3D printing pen, the user could operate and control it to draw the pattern with their mind; otherwise, this study improved the present container which was syringe piston and used by mostly machines to the utility container which was compressed and made up of silica gel.The machine could print many materials, such as paste, chocolate, butter and mayonnaise…etc. In comparison with the utility container and the present container in the same condition, the utility container increased 35% volume. 汪家昌 張合 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
