Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 104 === This research is applying the spray coating technology to additive manufacturing using solvent-based slurry as the material to build a thin shall object. The purpose of this research is to overcome the problem of deformation in current ceramic injection molding for thin shall parts. The revocaster mechanism has been implemented in this research to provide a uniform coating thickness of the spray. Layer by layer, the coating thickness will be added and the drying process of each layer will produce a homogenous results. This homogenous will help to avoid the warping during the sintering process. The formula of the slurry has been studied, the revocaster has been designed and build up, and the two phase spraying technology is used in this research. In order to provide a uniform coating result, the control parameters include the air pressure, flow rate, rotating speed, spray distance, and so on, have been studied. The two phase spraying technology is used and the parameters to control the spraying have been studied. The final results of the thin shall part after sintering has been evaluated. It shows less warping compare with the ceramic injection molding but the surface roughness is not as good as the conventional approach.
