On fire prevention section, establishment of fire safety equipments inspection, repair, registration and review system , so that various places can use existing fire safety equipments to extinguish the building fire in the first time is the objective. Lives and property will loss to a minimum. In this study, use the current situation of New Taipei City Fire Department as an example, discussion status of the system, and the use of fire safety control systems data analysis and survey research to find solutions to deal with related issues. To make specific recommendations for improving the system of three roles, fire authority, fire protection engineer, administrator. The results found, Fire authority portion: Inspectors should enhance inspection and review of professional, suggest Ministry of the Interior to amending the law, and avoid the mentality of luck to improve fire safety equipments. Fire protection engineer portion: Receive regular refresher training enhance professional, and promote sound elimination mechanism by fire protection engineer’s decree. Administrator portion: In fire prevention promotion and force regulations to enhance public awareness of fire prevention. Smooth implementation of the system of inspection, repair and registration for fire safety equipments need public awareness of disaster prevention, fire protection engineer’s professional and amending the law. When people pay attention to safety of life and property, you can contribute to the goal of winning in fire safety equipments inspection, repair, registration and review system. Take forward to make the system operate more smoothly.
