| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木工程系土木與防災碩士班 === 104 === Taiwan is located on the Circum-Pacific Ocean Seismic Zone, seismic activity is so often that earthquakes become one of the major hazards in Taiwan. Taipei City is the economic, political, and cultural center in Taiwan. In case, if a major earthquake happens in Taipei City, it will extremely cause seriously economic and casualties loss throughout the country. Therefore, preparedness for emergency goods supply and transportation after a major earthquake disaster, is crucial to the performance of dispatch resource mechanisms.
This study took the rupture scenario of the Shanchiao fault from a research project as a basic scenario.
This research estimates the damage of connecting bridges and urban expressway and evaluates the emergency goods supply.
The preparedness and planning of emergency goods congregation, dispatch and transportation are also carried out fully in detail as a countermeasure strategy for the scenario earthquake.
