Geographic Information Systems(GIS) and Stormwater Management Model(SWMM)are applied to simulate water quality and flow in the Lujiao Creek Constructed Wetland(monitoring data for the 2012 to 2015), where wetland including 5 treatment basins. The results showed that parameters of SWMM can be used in the constructed wetland. The results of situations simulated display when Typhoon storm comes, the wetlands can reduce runoff average 8%, when maximum rainfall peak come, the wetlands can reduce runoff 17%, the total reductions runoff can be achieved 0.8cms, that is to say the day to reduce the amount of water 68824m3. To calculate constructed wetland pollution reduction benefits by EPM, the results that can reduce an average of 35% of suspended solids, biochemical oxygen demand an average reduction of 57%, an average reduction of ammonia nitrogen was 96%.
