The research was done with questionnaire, interview, test, class-observation form, and group study record. The reflection was proposed according to the research progress and result. After the data analysis, three conclusions were made. 1. The employed film should only contain the key concepts of the subject. Adjusting the units to fit the scope of assessment and the degree of difficulty of learning sheet is also important. In addition, giving appropriate rewards and supports, using quizzes and remedial teaching, and emphasising respect and group constraint can help the application of the flipping classroom. 2. The flipped classroom can improve students’ learning attitude. 3. The flipped classroom can improve scores of the students whose learning achievement was classified between low and middle levels.
