碩士 === 淡江大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This paper counts the frequency of improving asset problem operation procedure in ICET assets management work, and also explores the major reasons. It employs case study method, takes I company that manages ICT assets for the customer as an example, and takes Bank A as the study subject. It aims to explore the problems encountered by the case company in ICT assets management, and analyze the sample data by category, so as to conduct the related studies. As shown in the study, the ICT assets problems that take much time include updating assets list (28.4%), changing hardware devices (12.6%) and adding new hardware devices (11%). Wherein, Bank A takes up the highest proportion among all customers in terms of the said three items. The study classifies 80% of the said problems into 8 problems based on the problem property. Moreover, it explores the reasons based on the specific problem and proposes suggestions and solutions, which provide reference for the follow-up study of assets management.
