It propose countermeasures to improve the fan operating conditions with speed-feedback-control. In consideration of the weakness in current brushless DC fan control way, this paper will present a new control method to exclude the risk that may occur in fan operation. We use an 8bit single chip microcontroller as the alternative solution to control fan speed, current stability, efficiency and safety. In order to make sure the process speed of microcontroller is fast enough to respond to hall signal changing immediately and more precise, we use the Assembly language to coding the microprocessor program. Using a microcontroller to control DC fan is helpful to reduce the riskiness that consist of component aging and unstable power supply.
