碩士 === 國立臺南藝術大學 === 建築藝術研究所 === 104 === This paper is to discuss the ideal habitation appearance which Tung-hai Clan want to achieve, through their cases research of Private Condominium in Taichung city. Try to analysis the case of interior space plan to describe their choice between their ideal live mode and real estate market logic. Tung-hai Clan of Taichung city as a typical design team of advocated humanism standpoint into real estate market in 1980s. Although the case accounts for the market total quantity to be very few, but played an important role of innovation and leading. This research try to describe the ideal urban habitation mode of Tung-hai Clan's opinion, their architectural practice in space and corresponding management system. By viewing six cases of interior space plan which on behalf of Tung-hai Clan's design idea and realistic market consideration. And supplemented by interviews interpretation and related literature appraisal comparison discussion. This paper is divided into four parts. First, sorting out the influence factors of Taiwan social background, urban living environment and architectural education in 1970 of Tung-hai Clan's school days, and finally sum up their thought of urban habitation through analysis their graduation production. Second, by sorting out Taichung city's urban development and inhabitant's universal housing anticipation which reflected in the real estate market, to sum up the opportunity and limit of Tung-hai Clan's ideal habitation mode. Third, by sorting out three aspects of related urban planning theory, the discusses of Tung-hai Clan's case and the interview data of their ideal habitation and architectural practice view to carry on the case discussion. And finally, it tries to delineate Tung-hai Clan's ideal the ideal habitation appearance which concentrating on“Inner court amalgamated dwelling”by summarizing the above for the conclusion of this research.
