The traditional performance indicators in HRM are not enough to apply to the new situation. It needs a novel, theoretical and objective methodology to tackle such new situation. This paper proposes a probabilistic approach to tackle the multi-channel distribution process. It cannot only do the performance evaluation as a whole, but also evaluate each individual on a fair basis, and provides a novel scientific management approach for the companies.
