The quality of the roadhas much to do with people’s lives in Taiwan, and it also brings a lot of trouble to the Taiwanese. A defective road always causes the scooter riders to hurt or even to die. So the quality of the road has a significant position in our live. This research bases on Blind Sample divide in Quality Control and Labor Safety Division of Public Works Department,Taipei City Government. Through interviews with experts,the result of this research shows that to insure the quality of road engineering and to spread the Blind Sample divide to all the counties and cities are the most indispensable topic. We hope the method can be smoothly extended to all the counties and cities and make the road in Taiwantruly be “smooth” one day.
