Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 美術學系碩士班創作組 === 104 === Sculpture techniques: transforming the gestures of our Bodies from daily life. Through the investigation of my practice, I found out that the gestures of our bodies could be transformed into the means of sculpture techniques. This paper is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter—extending the gestures of our bodies from daily life—I found out the commonality of artistic means from making traditional sculptures and from the daily gestures of our bodies. In chapter two and three, I will mainly deliberate two series of my works ,“Earth and Glaze” and “Consuming Fashion”, which I created in grad school during 2012~2015. In Chapter Four, there are two sections: the Now, and the Past and the Future. In section one: the Now, I will conclude my current state in art through visual analyzing two series of my works, “Earth and Glaze” and “Consuming Fashion”. In section two: the Past, I will look back to the works that I have made in order to rethink my problems in making artworks; the Future, contemplating and dealing with the problems that I have encountered in art will be fruitful for me to explore the possible directions and paths of making artworks in the future.
