| Summary: | 碩士 === 稻江科技暨管理學院 === 休閒遊憩管理學系碩士班 === 104 === Based on health and health considerations, the organic agriculture focus on farming without using agrochemicals to minimize composition from outside and further extended to pay attention for health, the environment, fair, caring principles. It has been became spread worldwide. The business model of agricultural enterprise is progressively transforming agriculture from small private business to the business model of enterprise, in order to enhance the amount of agricultural production. In accordance with the organizational form of different business entities, it encountered problems will have their distinct and common. In this study, Delphi method is to be on the critical success factors for enterprise management to discuss and analysis.
Expert questionnaire of this study is 10; the conclusions are summarized as the assessment dimensions and indicators as below.
（1）"Product" dimensions include: “features ", "portfolio," “certified organic products” in order for the most important is " certified organic products."
（2）"Resource" dimensions include: " tangible assets ", " intangible assets," " personal ability ", "organizational skills " in order for the most important is " organizational skills ".
（3）" Marketing " dimensions include: "experiential marketing activities", " Internet marketing," " promotional activities " in order for the most important is " promotional activities."
（4）"Industry" dimensions include: " the number of competition in the industry ", " different industry alliances," " traceability system", " organic agriculture-related regulations " in order for the most important is " different industry alliances."
（5）"Organization" dimensions include: " innovation capability ", " organic cultivation techniques," " human resource " in order for the most important is " human resource."
（6）" The critical success factors from organic farm transforming to leisure organic farm " dimensions include: " ecological environment ", " farm culture," " organic farm organizations," ," industrial features of organic farms," in order for the most important is " industrial features of organic farms."
