Company B then appointed this researcher with the responsibility to carry out its instructions. This researcher was unable to find useful resources or relevant case studies to help with this assignment. This thesis is a summary of the researcher’s own experiences to effectively and successfully shut down the operations at Company A while being responsible to its employees, Company B and the affected societal community. The goal of this thesis paper is to provide a case study on the operation mechanisms to effectively shut down the company operation,based on the researcher’s experience.Based on this case study, the researcher desires to add to the limited library of resources on “the operation mechanisms to terminate ompany business” and to provide the valuable material, those who may be benefited from this case study. The results of this paper will provide a detailed description of the key practices and issues for analysis, discussion and proper treatment. This paper also aims to establish a set of “the operation mechanisms to terminate company business ” ,with content to address how to handle issues that may arise from stopping on-going operation of a company, with useful tables/charts to be used for the proper execution of the project, to provide a valuable set of tools for future uses.
