It is more difficult in nursing the military police soldiers than in nursing other armed services. Also, the work of the military police is arduous. Coupled with a substantial increase in the level of social life, the established military incentive mechanism is gradually weakened, and hence the willingness to extend service duration for the volunteer soldiers in military police is decrease. Therefore, it is of great importance to enhance the willingness to stay in camp for the volunteer soldiers in military police. This study explores the factors affecting the willingness to stay in camp for the volunteer soldiers in military police. The factors such as economic factor, family factor, leadership and parenting style, freedom of life and career planning are the independent variables, while satisfaction is the mediating variable and the willingness to stay in camp is the dependent variable. The research subjects are the soldiers of military police and the empirical data are analyzed with structural equation modeling by using AMOS and SPSS software . The findings of this study are as follows: economic factor, leadership style, and freedom of life all have positive effects on satisfaction of the volunteer soldiers in military police. Besides, freedom of life and satisfaction of the volunteer soldiers have positive effects on the willingness to stay in camp. However, family factors do not have a positive effect on satisfaction of the volunteer soldiers.
