Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 104 === The Smart Robot Carrier is operated through automatic visual recognition and the assistant of camera, computer and DAQ Interface. Our Smart Robot Carrier is weight near 150Kg which is below 200Kg and classify as Super Light EV. The carrier suits the condition of escalating environmental protection consciousness and environmental policy due to the use of a wheel motor which is powered by a rechargeable LFP battery. The research is about carrier control through automatic image recognition and carrier market analysis. The visual recognition consists of image acquired through a webcam and programs designed through LabVIEW2013. The visual recognition programs will identify different colors, track the color variation and generate routes for the carrier under the circumstance of zero obstacle and sufficient light. The market analysis, which is based on former mentioned carrier, is designed to understand the market structure of the Electric Vehicle at this moment through market evaluation, carrier cost evaluation and marketing analysis. In this paper for Vision-guidance system in front of the Webcam target at 5 kilometers per hour forward and steering guide in action.
