This study applied questionnaire survey, with "special education teachers job satisfaction survey" as a tool to work on comprehensive national special education teachers to study the satisfaction survey. According to the study results can be summarized in the following conclusions: A special education school teachers job satisfaction level considered "high" level of satisfaction with less than the "Max" level, indicating that the current special education school of less than ideal working atmosphere of the state. Second, the special education teachers in all dimensions of the satisfaction scale are all "high" level of satisfaction with health; the work of the dimension of the level of satisfaction in descending order, is: relationships, teaching, learning situation, administrative support, salary remuneration, and working environment. Third, the special education school teachers job satisfaction will be different due to personal background variables and variables work, but there are significant differences.
