Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 學習與媒材設計學系課程與教學碩士班 === 104 === Abstract This research aims to understand the current condition of “teacher professional autonomy” and “the opinion on teacher professional autonomy affecting factors” of elementary school teachers in Taipei City and compare the difference of teachers with difference variables for “teacher professional autonomy” and “the opinions on teacher professional autonomy affecting factors”. The investigation in this thesis used Questionnaire Survey. For teachers of public elementary schools in Taipei City, there are 708 valid samples. The research result is summarized as follows: (1)The current condition of teacher professional autonomy of elmentary school in Taipei is good. (2)There are significant differences between different positions, school size and school districts. (3)Elementary school teachers in Taipei City think that Teacher Professional Autonomy Factors have influence. (4)There are significant differences opinion between teachers on Teacher Professional Autonomy Affecting Factors such as positions, identity, school size, school districts, and experience. Based on the research findings, suggestions to teachers, school, parents and future research are proposed at the end. Keywords: teacher professional autonomy, teacher professional autonomy factors
