Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this research is to explore among the perceptive coach leadership behaviors, training satisfaction, and other factors for elementary and junior high school baseball teams in the Taipei metropolitan area, and also compare the difference between different background variables in the perceptive coach leadership behaviors and training satisfaction. The research selects the elementary and junior high school baseball team students, who had registered the Chinese Taipei Student Baseball Federation, as the research objects, and uses the survey scales method as the research tool. This research utilizes purposive sampling method to collect 600 questionnaires, 515 valid questionnaires, and the effective response rate is 85.67%. All the gathered materials are analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 statistics software system. According to the research analysis, it indicates, (1) Of all the aspects in the measurement scales of perceptive coach leadership behaviors of coaches, the highest score is “training and guidance”, “democratic behavior”, and “autocratic behavior”, the second one is rewarding, the last one is caring behavior; of all the aspects in the measurement scales of training satisfactions for baseball teams, the highest score is field and equipment, the second one is personal performance, the third one is coach instruction, team relationships, and training program; (2) Based on different background variables in perceptive coach leadership behaviors and training satisfaction, there is significant difference in different school roll, weekly training hours, weekly training days, and team seniority; (3) There is significantly positive correlations between perceptive coach leadership behaviors and training satisfaction.
