Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study aims to understand the relation between the physical fitness performance and the regular exercise behavior of the junior high school students in Taipei, as well as comparing the physical fitness performance and the regular exercise behavior differences of the target students of different background. By questionnairing the physical fitness performance and the regular exercise behavior of the subjects, the results came as the following: The total number of questionnaires is 1188 – with 1064 valid samples and the others invalid due to incomplete information. The overall response rate is 89.5%. The data is analyzed through descriptive statistics, Independent Sample T Test one-way ANOVA, and scheffe’ posterior comparisons via the use of SPSS for Windows 20.0 statistics software set. We found (1) The majority(80.45%), which are 856 junior high students in Taipei City, exercise regularly; however, the students who don’t exercise regularly account for 19.55%, which is 208 subjects. (2) The target students’ physical fitness performance achieved the level which is better than that of the intermediate norm level of the primary school students in Taiwan. (3) The test results of the subjects in aspects of physical fitness show significant difference regarding the body composition and cardiorespiratory endurance between the two genders. (4) The regular exercise behavior and the physical fitness performance test results show significant differences in the target students’ body composition, flexibility, muscle strength, mucle strength & endurance, and cardiorespiratory endurance. (5) Students of different grades achieved significant differences in physical fitness concerning body composition and muscle strength & endurance. (6) The subjects of different exercise frequency per week and the physical fitness performances achieved significant differences in the test results via the independent sample one-way ANOVA test regarding body composition, flexibility, muscle strength, muscle strength & endurance, and cardiorespiratory endurance. (7) The target students of different exercise hours per week achieved significant differences in the test in aspects of flexibility, muscle strength, muscle strength & endurance, and cardiorespiratory endurance.
