Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所 === 104 === A Study on the Relationship between the Sustainable Leadership and Campus Construction in Taipei Elementary Schools Abstract This research is aimed to understand the current situation of the sustainable leadership and campus construction in elementary schools in Taipei City. The researcher has explored the perception of school educator with different demographic variables and environmental variables toward the sustainable leadership and campus construction. Finally, the researcher has analyzed the relationship between the sustainable leadership and campus construction, and used the sustainable leadership as a predictable variable to predict campus construction. For the purposes of this study, after conducting a literature review on sustainable leadership and campus construction, the researcher distributed the questionnaires, “Questionnaire on Sustainable Leadership and Campus Construction in Elementary Schools in Taipei City”, to school educators of elementary schools in Taipei City. The information was obtained through questionnaires sent to 530 school educators in school year 104, 37 elementary schools in Taipei City selected. The collected data was analyzed with statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regressions. The results are as follows: 1. The current situation of the sustainable leadership and campus construction in elementary schools in Taipei City is at a good level. 2. A difference in years of service, current position, school size, the age of school and if the school ever got the prize of Campus Construction makes a distinguishable difference in elementary school educator’s perception in the sustainable leadership. 3. The following factors do not affect elementary school educator’s perception in sustainable leadership: gender, age, highest academic degree. It makes no difference whether or not the school enrollment is a large school-district zoning and neither does whether or not the school ever got the prize of School Leadership. 4. The following factors make a distinguishable difference in elementary school educator’s perception in the development of school specialty: highest academic degree, years of service, current position, the age of school. It makes an obvious difference whether or not the school enrollment is a large school-district zoning and so does whether or not the school ever got the prize of Campus Construction. 5. The following factors do not affect elementary school educator’s perception in campus construction: gender, age, school size. It makes no difference whether or not the school ever got the prize of School Leadership. 6. There is a high and positive degree of predictability in the sustainable leadership to campus construction in elementary school in Taipei City. Finally, according to the research results, some practical solutions are suggested to serve as a reference for educational institutions, elementary schools, elementary school educators, and future researchers.
