Methods: The participants of this study were 40 baseball and softball players (20 persons in experiment group; 20 persons in control group). pretest and posttest design was conducted in the study and all of which include “dynamic visual acuity test” and “batting skills test”. Research data were analyzed by non-parametric Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z. Results: After six weeks dynamic visual training ratio has not been dynamic visual acuity training in dynamic visual acuity tests have significant improvement; after the dynamic visual acuity improved significantly in batting skills. Conclusions: The findings consistent with this hypothesis. Recommendations for future training can be designed in a greater variety of training dynamic visual acuity, visual integration training in peacetime training in baseball and softball, to strengthen the player dynamic visual acuity, promote the development of sports vision outside also can enhance athletic performance.
