Every day you stand on your position and complete each task with your passion and profession, carving your life track. This personal narrative opened an exploration for an amateur athlete to expand her experience space through self-talk. The aim of study was to explore the interactions between the amateur and her teachers and coaches and engage in better understanding of the value and significance of the interactions. In the narrative the author viewed her past memories and rebuilt her 20-year life as an amateur athlete and career experience under the belief of narrative method is the best way to explore human experience. In this study, the contents of the narrative were composed of five units: “Three decades of life,” “Meeting Coach Ku,” “Dreams you hear from,” “Meeting with Ms. Mei” and “The stories in the big dye vat.” Finally, through reflections there were the author’s inspirations and emotions towards her career plan.
