Summary: | 碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 103 === Organizational culture is extremely important to the success of the company, by the vitality of the organization to sustain organizational culture; therefore, this study targeted EVA Airways to discuss organizational culture and organizational commitment would affect job satisfaction. In this study, in order to facilitate sampling questionnaires for EVA Airways employees; analysis of descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, t test, the number of single-factor analysis of variance and regression analysis. The total recovery of 306 valid questionnaires, reliability facets are all on the reliability of good standard. The results showed that: (1) Identification of organizational culture for women significantly more than men, less educated workers for higher organizational cultural identity. (2) Women for recognition of significant organizational commitment than men, less educated workers for recognition of higher organizational commitment. (3) The younger staff job satisfaction recognition is low, less educated workers higher job satisfaction recognition. (4) Finally, the organizational culture and organizational commitment and job satisfaction are showing significant positive correlation.
