Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 103 === From then till now, many corporations have carried out the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) management. However, the process of establishing KPI, consuming how much manpower and resources and how the results of KPI management achieves the expectation of corporations needed to be focused in ongoing process of developing KPI.
The research mainly reviews the relationships between the setting-up process and result of KPI. It’s conducted by the methods of quantitative questionnaire and deep-qualitative interview to compare and analyze its result. The results are as below:
1. Relative attendees are needed for corporations develops KPI
The results of study shows in every stage of developing KPI, the supervisors’ attendance and supports would influence the result of it and the important degree of attendees in each stage is different as well.
2. Connection to strategy is needed for corporations develop KPI
Whether the processing of KPI can achieve the expectation needs regular discussion for fixing and slight adjustment. It’s to enforce the connection between the processing of KPI and strategic aim to make both of them meet the expectations.
3. The solution of the difficulties occur when processing KPI
According to the result of study, this study is discovered the degree of involvement in each condition and the result of satisfaction after it’s developed. The relations are:
(1) Cognitions are different between employees and management leads supervisors in each level neglecting to pass the information to the lower level.
(2)Without the connection to relative standard in the organization of corporation, the validation of indicator can’t be verified.
