In order to reach the goals, the study applied in-depth interview and participant observation to gather related information. The study samples are using nonstandard employees, but does not appear shortcomings in the companies. Total selected three companies.The date of interview are analyzed as follows: First, the reason of the company that using nonstandard employment is different from the previous study, it's not for cost saving, there are two main reasons: For the means of increasing Retention Commitment, and activating organization by the constant flow of young and creative employees. Second, because of nonstandard employees for the Organizational Commitment and expectations are low, so compared to the regular employees, the company’s extra pays, make it easier to generate feelings than expected, and then to make them have the gratitude and the feeling of satisfaction, this can reduce the shortcoming in nonstandard employment effectively Third, for certain industries, as long as there is a good training mode, high turnover is not a shortcoming LIN, SHANG-PING 林尚平 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 49 zh-TW |
