This study classifies funding companies into venture capital companies and insurance companies. The results show that companies with higher firm performance in prior year periods and lower debt ratio attract more investment from venture companies, while companies with lower performance but larger fixed assets and firm size attract more investment from insurance companies. The findings provide evidence that private equity investors have different preference in investment. Shu-Ching Chou 周淑卿 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 33 zh-TW
