Second, we use Probit Model to discuss what the element of employee turnover is. The results show that average wage and rate of CPA with employee turnover is negative correlation. In addition, the pay of overtime with employee turnover is without consistency. Moreover, train and welfare with employee turnover is without consistency, too.
