And Automation of the development process, whether at home or wheel humanoid robot to the factory mechanical arm, the motor must be the most important part. The thesis objective is to develop multi-axis platform targeted micro-stepping controller, it will try a variety of controller design method to compare, for the stepper motor controller design method for the best. This design process will combine hardware and software to test the motor drive control, direct and immediate control program to adjust or set the parameters for the controller design. The motor in the program will be Matlab Simulink package for graphic design. In this paper, first compare the pros and cons as well as aspects of motor drive, and implementation aspects, compared with the use of open-loop stepper motors for motor design, motor system parameter estimation and controller design method of several discussions, there will be a last hope sets suitable for the stepping motor controller design method.
