The study found that the major high-speed rail station working class team performance team factors, respectively, team leadership, team incentive bonus, team functions, team conflicts, time pressures. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, "team incentive bonus" most relevant "performance", "team leader" and "performance" relevant times, "the functions of the team" and "performance" related to the third, "Team Conflict" and "Performance" section four related to "time pressure" and "performance" related to the fifth. ANOVA analysis, three cases of conflict in a team, team incentive bonus, there is no significant difference in the time pressure factor of three teams.
