Description
Summary:博士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 設計學研究所 === 104 === Along with change of time and progress of science and technology in recent years, massive manufactures bring convenient human material life and relatively cause great harm to ecological environment. In consequence, consumers begin to have environmental awareness and green value trend of product increases constantly. Modern products should not only meet basic use function, quality and shaping aesthetic feeling, but also be integrated with concept of green environmental protection. Designers need to combine demand items such as “perceptual aesthetics”, “environmental protection concept” and “innovative design”, and launch new products to enhance market competitiveness in order to meet modern people’s requirements and expectations for products. However, previously-developed green and environmental products are always transient due to over high price cost, undesirable shape or low added value. Therefore, for consumers or manufacturers, purchase or production of green products faces severe difficulty. With Kansei engineering, sustainable design and innovative design as the knowledge basis, this study integrates requirement considerations and environmental considerations to develop a green innovative design mode of Kansei engineering (Kansei- ECO TRIZ) for use by enterprises and designers during product development, in hope of bringing consumers, enterprises and the environment consistent expectation for green products. This study is conducted through four stages. The first stage is Kansei–TRIZ mode (K-TRIZ), which mainly integrates processes and methods of Kansei engineering and TRIZ theory, generalizes innovation principles suitable for Kansei innovative design of products, and uses “Filpod” case to explain method and practice way of K-TRIZ. The second stage is green innovation (ECO-TRIZ) mode, which performs case analysis using corresponding relationship between environmental elements and TRIZ theory, makes decision by focus group method and hierarchical analysis, as well as utilizes the case “Tree in a Bottle” to verify green products and investigate influences on enterprise’s green responsibility and green policy. The third stage is green design of perceptual shaping optimization (Kansei - ECO), which combines perceptual semanteme and green design, and utilizes Taguchi method (TM) of optimization to conduct green shaping design of product with green perceptual shaping-Moka pot as an example. The fourth stage integrates Kansei engineering and green innovation, constructs green innovative design mode of Kansei engineering (Kansei - ECO TRIZ), and verifies the design mode using conceptual design phase of juicer. The contribution of this study is to develop Kansei -TRIZ (K-TRIZ) and integration of Kansei Engineering of green innovation design model (K- ECO TRIZ). Results of this study demonstrate that this mode achieves more accurate demand analysis by hierarchical classification of Kansei engineering and makes innovation principles can more effectively provide ideas of design originality. Combination of two theories can draw on each other's strength and exert maximum effect so that green innovative products can not only satisfy consumers’ requirements but also conform to elements of global environmental directive. Therefore, this mode can be used as a reference basis for user requirements, environmental requirements and innovative design trend in the future.
