In actual measurement using ultraviolet UV detector, measuring wavelength of 365nm, the calculated values obtained in accordance with the formula average light transmittance is measured using a UV spectrometer sample 200nm ~ 800nm light transmittance of the changes in the hydrophilic properties using a contact angle meter viewing angle of water droplets in contact with the sample surface. Chitosan sources used in this experiment include crabs and fungi, and titanium oxide powder is divided into two sizes 44μm and 0.24μm. Film formation is divided into a spin coating method and field-assisted film. It also explored the impact of different concentrations of acetic acid resistance to ultraviolet light. Experimental procedure uses 0-3% concentration of chitosan blend with the titanium dioxide film. From the results that can be found that when titanium dioxide is added in chitosan, which can effectively reduce the transmission rate and improve the hydrophilic, while the proportion of the actual measurement isolated UV, there are added titanium dioxide can improve the barrier effect. In the chitosan from different sources it can be found, in the fight against fungi and hydrophilic UV light is more significant than the shrimp and crab, while also found that the higher the concentration of chitosan will reduce hydrophilicity. Different concentrations of chitosan farm law at 1% of high shielding rate, the lowest proportion is isolated by 2%; different voltages in the chitosan in hydrophilic and isolated proportion 7V preferred; and micronized titanium dioxide with chitosan at different voltage tests can be found 10V have better hydrophilic, isolated proportion because there are added titanium dioxide have encountered effectively block ultraviolet light. Finally different concentrations of acetic acid was observed in changes of chitosan, acetic acid can be learned from the results obtained did not significantly alter the effect of UV, of which 2% acetic acid concentration has good resistance to ultraviolet radiation, and there are 1.5% preferred hydrophilic.
