But at present, the majority of online English language learning is relatively focusing on reading and writing exercises. And most of online English listening courses only provide recite of texts or pronunciations of sentences, vocabularies and phrases. Speaking aspect is the most easily overlooked part and lack of interactions. It seems difficult to find an easy to use and can be repeated practice learning system; so that learners usually treat online language learning as a simple reading tool. It is very boring and ineffective when practicing. At present, online oral training systems are minorities in online English language learning. The case company is engaged in English teaching software development for many years and transforming to online English teaching recently. Several teachers response that it needs to have an online speaking training software to help students during online English teaching process. So the case website platform starts to design and plan an online speaking training software based on over the years of experience. Therefore, SOTA cloud oral training system is developed. This research mainly interprets the difficulties and solutions that schools may encounter when implementing online spoken English training system for teaching. This research adopts interview survey, a total of eight online teaching experienced teachers are interviewed. The research results are summarized as follows: (1) The trial experience of online spoken English training system The main advantage is that it can help teachers assign speaking skill homework or quizzes, but whether to use the system or not would depend on the students' attitude. Another advantage is the systematic arrangement which can be practiced in a short time and help large class teaching. Most of them have a positive attitude that the system is helpful to the students’ English speaking ability. (2) Previous obstacles of implementing digital learning system 1. General lack of funds. 2. It is not easy to master the system during the initial period of implementing. 3. The assessment process is too complicated and difficult to obtain consent. 4. The transfer of teachers is too often. 5. It requires development companies continue to overcome the various problems. 6. It shows a lack of combination between system and curriculums. (3) The suggestions of implementing online oral training system in the possible future. 1. Make a simple introduction video. 2. Build a mobile APP. 3. Clearly inform suitable timings of using online oral training system and its teaching resources. 4. Synchronous promotion in the whole school. 5. It requires an auxiliary of theoretical foundation of oral system. 6. The system should be more simplified. 7. It requires adequate financial support. 8. Obtain full support of teachers. 9. Systems can be fully integrated with the teaching practice.
