Besides the policymakers usually incompletely understand how the production line works and the relationships, it makes harder to determine the exact decision.
This research is according to observe in the real production practices, and use the ○○ weapon system production as an example. Collected times which all the stations spend in the production line to apply AutoMOD software to simulate and confirm the bottleneck of the production capacity. Then drew up various kinds of tactics to improve the production capacity fitted in with the objective of the project, and evaluate the cost-benefit analysis.
