Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 104 === In water electrolyzer ozone generation, the performance of anode is limited by the anode’s materials and dynamics. Due to this limitation, high voltages are necessary to produce ozone. In addition, it is bad to transmit electric current and current persistent short for further ozone generation. This research selects resist layer mixed in the anode electrolytic plate for investigation. The characteristics of anode catalysts are determined through Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscope, Energy Dispersive Spectrometer, current time test , high resistance test and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to analyze performance of different resist layer.
