For instance, organic agriculture has gained popularity, as well as greatly increased interests in relevant research. Meanwhile, due to high society pressure coming from various sources and the two-day weekend off policy, people are shifting towards a lifestyle with more time spent in leisure compared to the more traditional, workaholic lifestyle.   Organic Leisure Farms have recently become a new weekend pastime. New agricultural technology has helped operating efficiency and fueled the increase in the number organic farms. The word 'organic' is generally understood as being environmentally friendly and sustainable with respect to natural resources. The production, storage, and processing of organic produces are currently regulated by clear rules set by the Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan. However, allowing tourists to use organic farms for activities such as picnic and stream-hiking have inevitably caused incidents of littering. This has raised concerns of whether opening organic farms to tourists is against the principles of the regulation.In this research, we use content analysis to examine organic farm practices with respect to relevant regulations and principles specified by the Amended Provisions on Organic Agricultural Product And Organic Agricultural Processed Product Verification.
